Career readiness training
Navitas Professional offers internship and work readiness programs for international and Australian students and young professionals, during and post tertiary study. Our programs provide a unique opportunity for participants to put theory into practice in a professional workplace and gain valuable insight into Australian corporate culture.
All of our programs combine formal learning with an internship matched to the participant’s area of study. Trainers have a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and many have worked with ASX 100s, offering invaluable real-world corporate insights to our participants. Our training delivers strong employment outcomes, with 83 percent of Professional Year graduates successfully employed within six months of graduation (2008-2014). In our programs students develop the skills needed by successful professionals in a global workplace.
We offer internship programs for recent domestic and international graduates (Professional Year and Career Experience), overseas students (Professional Internship) and Australian and international students studying at tertiary institutions (Study to Work).
